About the role

Applied AI team at DevRev builds AI-driven business transformation solutions on its Computer platform. The Forward Deployed AI Strategist designs end‑to‑end AI workflows, agents and integrations, collaborates with pre‑sales, engineering and product to deliver scalable solutions, and acts as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers. Bangalore, India, on-site, Full-time.

What you’ll do

• Understand customer domains, OKRs and KPIs to guide AI solution design
• Architect AI‑driven workflows, agents, skills and system integrations
• Serve as trusted technical advisor and bridge between pre‑sales, CS and engineering
• Ensure modular, scalable and reusable solution architecture
• Oversee implementation with Applied AI engineers for alignment and quality
• Support pre‑sales scoping and feasibility assessments
• Stay current on AI and integration trends to inform designs
• Maintain performance, security and compliance standards

What you’ll bring

• 7+ years solution architecture or consulting experience
• Hands‑on generative AI tools
• Experience with AWS, GCP or Azure
• Enterprise SaaS platform expertise
• Strong business acumen and KPI focus
• Excellent communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Project planning and delivery leadership
• Familiarity with TOGAF or SAFe frameworks
