Associate Care Executive responsible for outbound calls to associates, following onboarding scripts, resolving queries, tracking onboarding progress, maintaining equipment, verifying documents, training peers, and communicating with supervisors. Works 9‑hour shifts with flexible timing and one weekly off, ensuring smooth onboarding and customer service.

  • Train other telemarketers
  • Report issues to supervisor
