Accounting & Reporting Analyst - Accounts Payable

About the role

ABB’s Finance Services team in Bangalore seeks an Accounts Payable Analyst to support the AP division. The role involves processing transactions, ensuring compliance, and generating reports to maintain accurate financial tracking. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Karnataka, India.

What you’ll do

• Process accounts payable transactions accurately and timely
• Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations
• Execute analysis and reporting as assigned
• Participate in internal control testing and documentation
• Verify invoices for fiscal and internal control compliance

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
• 4-5 years of experience in SAP and Accounts Payable (3-4 years with Master’s)
• Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask effectively

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Flexibility to work in shifts
