About the role

Banking Advisory team at Accenture provides commercial real estate accounting and advisory services to banking clients. The Senior Analyst performs journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, cash forecasting, and prepares audit reports while managing a team of 10‑12 analysts. Chennai, on-site office with hybrid shift rotations as needed.

What you’ll do

• Post journal entries and prepare balance sheet reconciliations
• Prepare cash forecasting statements and variance analysis
• Create quarterly/monthly/weekly business review decks
• Develop SOPs, process maps, and taxonomy documentation
• Manage client communications and meeting minutes
• Oversee a team of 10‑12 analysts and provide quality feedback
• Analyze complex deals and provide guidance
• Create client value reports showcasing savings

What you’ll bring

BCom/Any Graduation/CA Inter

Nice to have

• 5-8 years CRE accounting experience
• Proficiency with MRI and Excel templates
• Familiarity with Yardi, JDE, Oracle, Smartsheet, Salesforce, Blackline
• Strong lease administration knowledge
• Excellent written and oral communication
