- Post journal entries and prepare balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare cash forecasting statements and variance analysis
- Create quarterly/monthly business review decks
- Develop SOPs, process maps and taxonomy documentation
- Manage client calls, emails and meeting minutes
- Lead a team of 10-12 analysts and perform quality checks
- Analyze complex deals and provide guidance
What you’ll bring
- 5 years experience
- CRE accounting experience
- MRI/Yardi/JDE/Oracle tool proficiency
- Lease administration knowledge
- Strong communication skills
- Team leadership of 10-12 members
- Audit support experience
