About the role
Professional Services organization at Xperteez Technology delivers end‑to‑end SaaS implementation for event and meeting management software. The AVP leads a team of project managers, consultants and trainers, owns the services P&L, and acts as the escalation point for enterprise client rollouts. Gurgaon office, on‑site work model.

- Lead professional services team delivering SaaS implementations
- Manage services P&L budget
- Oversee client onboarding and escalation
- Hire, coach, and set targets for project managers and consultants
- Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams
What you’ll bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business or IT or equivalent
Nice to have
- 20+ years total experience
- 8+ years professional services experience
- 10+ years leadership experience
- SaaS implementation expertise
- PMP or ITIL certification preferred
