Operational Excellence Manager

About the role

Operational Excellence (TPM) Manager on Sun Pharma's Continuous Excellence program, driving Total Quality Management, Kaizen, 5S, DWMS and TPM across Ranipool, Sikkim. Leads capability building, coaching, and MIS reporting while coordinating trainings and external competitions. On-site at Ranipool, travel up to 40% across India.

What you’ll do

• Facilitate Continuous Excellence initiatives (TPM, Kaizen, 5S, DWMS) across sites
• Organize and conduct capability‑building programs and trainings
• Coach plant teams on quality‑circle projects and improvement methodologies
• Publish monthly MIS reports on progress and drive rewards recognition
• Coordinate with external agencies for trainings and competitions

What you’ll bring

• 5-8 years driving TQM practices
• Hands‑on facilitation of QC Circle, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, DWMS
• Experience with Minitab software
• Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills
• Ability to coach and mentor cross‑functional teams

Education

BE or BTech or Pharma graduate
