About the role

Maker Lab Marketing team drives decentralized tech-led agency solutions across APAC. Senior Project Manager, Retail and Training Advocacy leads NPI training localisation, vendor management and regional campaign development, coordinating with global and local teams to deliver content via LMS platforms. Bengaluru, India (remote); also supports Gurugram and Mumbai locations, remote work model.

What you’ll do

• Bridge marketing strategy and technical execution for APAC campaigns
• Architect audience logic and manage data-driven CRM initiatives
• Orchestrate localisation timelines for training assets
• Manage transcreation agencies and ensure linguistic precision
• Develop region-specific training campaigns and advocacy programs
• Oversee content upload and distribution across LMS platforms
• Track budgets and performance metrics for training supply chain
• Collaborate with sales, activation and training teams

What you’ll bring

• 8+ years retail training or project management
• Experience with NPI or product launch programs
• Proficiency in Smartsheet and complex spreadsheet tracking
• Vendor and agency management across APAC
• Familiarity with LMS and content authoring tools
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional partnership
• BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing or Education
• Ability to integrate AI tools into workflows
