Executive - Order to Cash (LATAM)

About the role

Finance Team at Godrej Group drives sustainable value creation through robust order‑to‑cash processes. The Executive manages customer relationships, billing, invoicing, and payment tracking while generating reports and insights for management. Based in Mumbai, India, this role is onsite with a hybrid work option available.

What you’ll do

• Conduct Order to Cash activities including credit management and invoice accounting
• Prepare regular billing and collection reports for management
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve customer issues
• Maintain customer contract repository and ensure compliance
• Identify and implement process improvements in billing operations

What you’ll bring

• 2-4 years experience in accounts receivable or billing
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
• Proficiency with SAP S/4HANA or Microsoft Dynamics
• Advanced Excel skills including pivots and complex formulas
• Strong English communication; Bahasa/Portuguese a plus

Nice to have

• Experience in financial reporting and revenue recognition
• Familiarity with GST regulations in India
