Process Executive – Trade Settlements

About the role

Trade Operations team at Bunge ensures accurate and timely processing of commodity purchase and sales orders, load orders, and settlement tickets in SAP. The Process Executive executes order entry, freight adjustments, invoice issuance, and prepares daily operational reports while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Mohali, Punjab, India, on-site role with occasional US shift requirements.

What you’ll do

• Input purchase and sale orders/contracts and amendments in SAP
• Create and apply load orders, tickets, and freight adjustments
• Issue invoices, credit/debit notes and manage billing strings
• Prepare daily reports such as plant, missed pickup, and contract balance
• Handle customer queries and quality/transportation complaints
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on day‑to‑day activities
• Update manager on status and resolve issues promptly
• Adapt to US shift schedule as required

What you’ll bring

Degree in Business Administration, Logistics or related field

Nice to have

• 2-3 years experience in international agri‑commodity execution/finance
• Advanced written and verbal English
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office
