Technology Delivery Manager

About the role

Prudential Health India (PHI) is building a cloud-native, microservices-oriented technology platform for health insurance. The Technology Delivery Manager will lead delivery of solutions across customer, distribution, and core business areas, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery and adherence to architectural principles. Responsibilities include understanding long-term architecture, guiding business analysts and solution designers, preparing detailed design specs, ensuring adoption of solutions, supporting change programs, and leading governance forums. The role requires 7-15 years of experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with tools such as Confluence, Jira, Advanced Roadmaps, and MS Project. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field and be fluent in English.

What you’ll do

• Deeply understand long-term architectural direction, reusable components, and interactions between applications.
• Drive BAs and Solution designers to evaluate business requirements and convert them into low-level codable solution designs.
• Contribute to identify and evaluate alternative design options and trade-offs for functional and non-functional requirements.
• Own the planning of technology delivery to meet requirements on time and with quality.
• Ensure adoption and implementation of defined solutions, providing technical expertise and collaborating with teams.
• Support change programs and projects through technical plans and application of design principles.
• Lead governance forums to create harmony in application designs and delivery.

What you’ll bring

Bachelor’s in computer science, Computer Engineering or equivalent; Suitable certifications for key skills

Nice to have

Health Insurance product company/GCC/HealthTech experience; Proven experience as a Technology delivery leader 8-18 years; Demonstrated ability to understand business strategy & processes; Excellent handle on collaboration and delivery tools like Confluence, Jira, Advanced Roadmaps, MS Project
