Secondaries Analyst

About the role

Lexington Partners, a Franklin Templeton subsidiary, seeks a Secondaries Analyst to support its London investment teams through data analytics and financial due diligence. The role involves managing DealCloud workflows, assisting with financial modeling, and preparing investment memoranda for private equity secondaries. This full-time position is based in Hyderabad, India, operating on a hybrid work model.

What you’ll do

• Work closely with Lexington’s London secondaries investment team on deal-related workflows
• Manage data compiling and digital transition using DealCloud and similar tools
• Assist in the preparation of financial models, valuations, and comparable company analyses
• Gather and organize financial and operational data from private equity reporting sources
• Support general due diligence and research activities
• Ensure high-quality, detailed work product and on-time production of deliverables

What you’ll bring

• 1–3 years of experience in financial services
• Prior employment with a US-based firm strongly preferred
• Superior financial modeling and Microsoft Office skills
• Significant prior experience in financial statement analysis and due diligence
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
