About the role

EbizON’s Digital Marketing team in Noida builds and optimizes multi‑channel demand generation campaigns. The Google Ads Specialist II designs, launches, and manages Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns, conducts keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing, and reports performance insights to stakeholders. Based in Noida, the role requires on‑site presence with flexible hours and collaboration with design and content teams.

What you’ll do

Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting
Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS
Monitor daily performance and make data‑driven adjustments
Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager & GA4
Run A/B tests on ad copies, landing pages, and bidding strategies
Manage budgets effectively to maximize returns
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
Collaborate with design and content teams for ad creatives
Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features and algorithm changes

What you’ll bring

2–3 years of hands‑on Google Ads campaign management
Strong understanding of Search, Display, Shopping & Performance Max campaigns
Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager
Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting

Nice to have

Experience in eCommerce (Shopify/WooCommerce) or Lead Generation campaigns
Knowledge of remarketing and audience segmentation
Basic understanding of Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
Exposure to tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs
Familiarity with AI tools for ad copy, optimization, and reporting
