Google Ads Specialist

About the role

Ebizon's Digital Marketing team drives multi‑channel demand generation for global brands. The Google Ads Specialist II plans, creates and optimizes Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max and YouTube campaigns, conducts keyword research, manages conversion tracking with GA4 and Tag Manager, and reports performance insights. Based in Noida, India, this is an on‑site role with flexible working hours.

What you’ll do

• Plan, create and manage Google Ads campaigns across multiple formats
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and audience targeting
• Optimize bids, CTR, CPC, CPA and ROAS
• Set up conversion tracking and run A/B tests on ad copy and landing pages
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights
• Collaborate with design and content teams for ad creatives
• Monitor daily performance and adjust budgets to maximize returns
• Stay updated on Google Ads feature releases and algorithm changes

What you’ll bring

• 2-3 years Google Ads campaign management
• Strong understanding of Search, Display, Shopping & Performance Max
• Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Tag Manager
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets

Nice to have

• Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify/WooCommerce) preferred
• Familiarity with AI tools for ad copy optimization a plus
