Virtual Acquisition Manager

About the role

Axis Virtual Centre seeks a Virtual Acquisition Manager to drive liability account openings digitally for Axis Bank. The role involves managing leads from digital channels, acting as the single point of contact for customer onboarding, and achieving sales targets through cross-selling. This position is based in Noida with potential locations including Mumbai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Bangalore.

What you’ll do

• Manage liability product acquisition via digital leads and propensity bases
• Act as single point of contact until customer onboarding is complete
• Achieve monthly business targets through effective conversion ratios
• Generate fee income via cross-sales of investments, assets, and cards
• Utilize applications and databases for end-to-end client support
• Adhere to internal control policies and organizational guidelines

What you’ll bring

• Graduate or Post graduate from a recognized institution
• 2-5 years relevant experience in BFSI sector

Nice to have

• Proficiency in systems related to Banking transactions and services
• Good communication skills in English and local language
• Excellent lead generation and conversion skills
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
• High sales orientation to meet targets consistently
• Teamwork, verbal/written excellence, resilience
