L&D Consultant (APAC)

About the role

The L&D Consultant (APAC) role is part of the company-wide Learning and Development function, which is being stood up for a newly combined company and will shape L&D for India and the broader APAC region. You will deliver engaging live workshops and virtual training, design and develop learning solutions such as eLearning modules and job aids, and collaborate with senior learning consultants to execute learning strategies. Based in Pune, India, the role works standard India business hours with occasional flexibility for global collaboration.

What you’ll do

• Facilitate engaging learning experiences (workshops, training sessions, and programs) for diverse audiences using best-in-class delivery techniques
• Support the design and development of learning solutions (e.g., workshops, eLearning modules, job aids) aligned to defined objectives
• Collaborate with senior learning consultants to execute against learning strategies and solutions
• Leverage tools (e.g., Slido) to drive interactivity and learner engagement during sessions
• Coordinate and support logistics for training delivery, including scheduling, materials preparation, and participant communication
• Gather learner feedback and support measurement efforts to continuously improve learning experiences
• Maintain familiarity with learning content and adapt delivery approaches based on audience needs and feedback
• Deliver virtual live training, design/develop new training, and support ad hoc L&D tasks such as LMS support, updating internal documents, and supporting audits involving L&D records

What you’ll bring

• 8-10 years of relevant experience
• Ability to build PowerPoint slides with robust facilitator notes
• Ability to build courses using Articulate Rise while adhering to brand standards
• Ability to curate content using Udemy
• Ability to present live in person and virtually using Teams
• Ability to use tools like Slido to drive engagement
• Experience in Workday Learning is great
• Experience facilitating engaging learning experiences for diverse audiences
