Customer Success, International Products at Justworks, a team that empowers global businesses to navigate complex APAC employment and EOR challenges. The International Consultant serves as the definitive subject‑matter expert, advising on jurisdictional separation, benefits strategy, and regulatory compliance while partnering with Legal, Product, and Operations to shape international product-market fit. Based in a fully remote model, the role requires deep APAC expertise and a consultative approach to drive customer success and growth.

What you’ll do

Serve as definitive subject‑matter expert for APAC EOR services
Act as primary advisor on complex compliance requirements
Partner with Legal, Product, and Operations on regulatory shifts
Collaborate with Customer Success on high‑value accounts
Escalate high‑risk HR inquiries
Identify EOR expansion and upsell opportunities
Drive retention through education
Translate regulations into actionable guidance

What you’ll bring

8+ years in international HR

Deep APAC and EOR expertise
2+ years managing complex EOR issues
Excellent communication and consultative skills
Knowledge of HR technology and compliance
Experience with JIRA, Zendesk, Notion
