EPCM Procurement Support - Quantity Surveyor / Cost Engineer

About the role

Quest Global's EPCM team drives cost efficiency and commercial excellence across complex engineering projects. The Quantity Surveyor/Cost Engineer independently prepares cost and quantity work packages, conducts robust analyses for tenders, claims and forecasts, and ensures data quality in dashboards. Bengaluru office, on-site work model.

What you’ll do

• Prepare independent cost and quantity work packages for projects and tenders
• Conduct quantity and cost analyses for claims, changes and forecasts
• Review BOQs, offer prices and quantity variances for plausibility
• Develop cost breakdown structures, work package cost reports and trend analyses
• Support budget reconciliations, earned‑value and progress analyses
• Quality assure QS data models and dashboards

What you’ll bring

• 5-8 years of Quantity Surveying or Cost Engineering experience
• Strong knowledge of construction/industrial projects and MEP/CSA interfaces
• Proficiency in Excel, Power Query, Power BI, CostX/Bluebeam
• Ability to present commercial impacts of quantity changes
• English fluency for negotiations
• German language skills advantageous
