About the role

Quest Global Procurement Team drives end‑to‑end procurement excellence for global engineering projects. The Lead manages an offshore team, ensures quality of deliverables, builds KPI dashboards and drives continuous process improvement while coordinating with German project stakeholders. Bengaluru, Karnataka, India – on‑site role.

What you’ll do

  • Technical management of offshore team and quality assurance
  • Plan and prioritize offshore workload by service line
  • Review deliverables before handover to Germany
  • Onboard and train new employees on templates and SOPs
  • Build KPI dashboard and drive continuous improvement
  • Escalate resource, quality, or interface issues to DE leads

Nice to have

  • 8+ years procurement or contract administration experience
  • Experience with international/offshore team models
  • Fluent English; German helpful
  • Leadership and coaching skills
  • Strong process and reporting expertise
  • Stakeholder management capability
  • Proficiency with Teams, Jira, Excel/Power BI, SharePoint
