About the role
Rippling’s PEO & HRS Product Operations team seeks a Strategy & Operations Lead to bridge software and customer value through scalable execution in Bangalore, India. The role involves strategic planning, process engineering, and leading special projects to drive operational health. This is a full-time position requiring at least three days of weekly in-office work.
What you’ll do
- Partner with senior leadership to translate objectives into actionable operating plans and OKRs
- Identify bottlenecks and design scalable systems for workflows and product improvements
- Lead complex, high-impact special projects across operations pillars
- Navigate organizational change with minimal disruption
- Build and own dashboards tracking operational health and performance narratives
What you’ll bring
- MBA from a Tier-1 institute or equivalent experience
- 4–6+ years in Management Consulting, Business Strategy, or high-growth Operations
- Proficiency with SQL, Looker/Tableau, and advanced Excel
- Ability to influence executive-level stakeholders
