About the role

Tech Data Advanced Private Limited seeks a Strategy & Operations Analyst to drive organizational initiatives across people strategy, operational excellence, and enterprise transformation. The role partners with leadership to translate ambiguous challenges into actionable strategies, orchestrates HR operational cadence, and synthesizes data into executive-ready insights. Remote, India with occasional collaboration in Delhi, hybrid work model offering flexibility.

What you’ll do

• Partner with leadership to design and articulate business strategies
• Coordinate HR initiatives and maintain operational cadence
• Facilitate cross‑functional alignment and manage dependencies
• Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative data for insights
• Develop executive‑ready narratives and frameworks
• Support enterprise‑wide transformation projects
• Build relationships across the organization to drive execution
• Produce polished materials for senior decision‑makers

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree required
• MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 2-4 years experience in management consulting or corporate strategy
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency
• Experience with data structuring and insight generation
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior audiences
• Proactive, self‑starting attitude
