About the role

Project Manager — Key Account Lead at Getinz Techno Services leads dual responsibilities of client account management and project delivery for an international engineering consultancy. Based in Chennai, the role oversees 30–50 engineers, drives revenue, margin, and quality for BIM-enabled structural and MEP projects across 5 countries. Responsibilities include account growth, commercial management, project planning, resource allocation, quality assurance, and automation using Tekla, Revit, and BIM tools. Requires 10–20 years experience, strong commercial acumen, and proficiency in Steel Detailing, BIM, and project management.

What you’ll do

• Account Growth & Commercial Management: Proactively track client project pipeline, prepare accurate estimates, negotiate pricing, manage scope changes, ensure timely billing.
• Technical & Client Coordination: Lead project kick-offs, manage RFIs, approve key deliverables before client submission.
• Project Planning & Execution: Develop master schedules (MS Project/Smartsheet), break projects into work packages, track planned vs. actual hours.
• Revenue & Margin Ownership: Drive weekly/monthly revenue targets, submit financial & utilization reports, optimize commercial terms.
• Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, onboard & mentor engineers, conduct quarterly reviews, set KPIs, drive <12% attrition.
• Quality Management: Own quality of all deliverables, maintain QC checklists, conduct Root Cause Analysis & CAPA, run monthly quality reviews.
• Technology & Automation: Ensure proficiency in Tekla, Revit & BIM tools, drive automation, improve productivity via parametric tools & AIM.
• Client Relationship Management: Build long-term executive-level relationships, maintain 60–70%+ quote win rate, manage invoicing & collections.

What you’ll bring

B.E./B.Tech in Civil/Structural Engineering (Mandatory)

Nice to have

• M.E./M.Tech (Preferred)
• PMP / Tekla / Revit / BIM certifications (Good to Have)
