About the role

What you’ll do
- Track and improve key performance indicators such as query resolution time
- Liaise with sales, IT, and operations teams to reduce sales queries and bottlenecks
- Build and maintain SFDC workflow checks to prevent downstream leakages
- Support regular and ad‑hoc data analysis for business metrics
- Plan and execute time‑bounded projects for geo‑expansion
What you’ll bring
- 2-3 years experience
- Graduate or Post Graduate degree
- 1-2 years experience in Financial Services industry
- Excellent communication skills
- High motivation and self-starter
