About the role

PLCS - Growth team at Bajaj Finance Limited focuses on expanding financial services across new geographies. The role tracks and improves key performance indicators, collaborates with sales, IT, and operations to resolve queries, and builds process checks in SFDC workflows. Works on data analysis, branch productivity, and time‑bounded projects for geo‑expansion from the Jalgaon office, on‑site.

What you’ll do

• Track and improve KPIs such as query resolution time
• Liaise with sales, IT, and operations to reduce sales queries
• Build process and policy checks on SFDC workflow
• Support regular and ad‑hoc data analysis for business metrics
• Plan and execute geo‑expansion projects
• Coordinate with internal teams for new branch launches
• Monitor productivity of branches under geo‑expansion
• Provide data points for management reporting

What you’ll bring

• Graduate/Post Graduate
• 1-2 years experience in Financial Services
• Excellent communication skills
• Self‑starter
