About the role

The role requires extensive experience in rail infrastructure design and a strong background in structural engineering.
What you’ll do
- Serve as final technical authority for elevated structural designs
- Enforce adherence to relevant design codes and standards
- Oversee complex design analysis for elevated structures
- Manage technical interfaces between structural design and other disciplines
- Implement rigorous quality assurance processes for structural deliverables
- Champion value engineering initiatives to optimize material and construction efficiency
What you’ll bring
- Graduate in Civil Engineering and Post Graduate in Structural Engineering
- 25 years post-qualification experience in detailed structural designs in infrastructure projects
- 15 years experience in detailed structural design of elevated stations and viaducts for rail-based passenger transit systems
- Experience in detailed design consultancy or proof consultancy services for elevated viaducts and stations for railway projects with operational speeds of 160 kmph or more
