About the role
State Street Markets team seeks a seasoned Client Reporting Senior Associate to ensure accurate, timely client inquiry responses and drive workflow enhancements. The role collaborates with SF Operations, Data Control and other groups to resolve issues, manage risk escalations, and coach staff while maintaining SOPs. Mumbai, night shift (5 PM–2 AM IST), on-site work model.
What you’ll do
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of client reporting
- Develop and implement workflow and system enhancements
- Collaborate with internal/external groups to resolve issues
- Act as primary point of contact for clients
- Manage performance priorities and staff development
- Identify and escalate risk issues per procedures
What you’ll bring
- 3-6 years relevant experience
- Expertise in Cognos, Power BI, VBA
- Proficiency with SQL and MS Access
- Knowledge of securities lending and borrowing
