Senior Analyst, Client Reporting Solutions

About the role
Global Client Reporting team at Fidelity International delivers high-quality financial and investment reports, providing clear insight into fund performance and strategy. The Senior Analyst supports BAU delivery and change initiatives, leveraging data, AI-enabled tools, and process reengineering to design and implement reporting solutions, conduct UAT, and ensure data quality and governance. Gurgaon and Bengaluru, India, hybrid/on-site work model with flexibility on location and schedule.
What you’ll do
- Support BAU delivery to meet service levels and quality standards
- Design and deliver reporting solutions aligned to client requirements
- Analyze reporting requirements and assess operational impacts
- Leverage AI and digital solutions to improve client reporting outcomes
- Conduct UAT planning, execution, and documentation
- Apply Agile/SAFe principles to manage change initiatives
- Prepare process documentation and knowledge assets
What you’ll bring
- 2-4 years experience in Business Operations, Service Delivery or Business Transformation in Fund Administration/Asset Management/Investment Banking
- Proficiency with AI-enabled productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Power Automate
- Experience with Agile/SAFe methodologies and JIRA
- Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills
Nice to have
Certification in NCFM, Agile, SAFe, PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
