About the role

Fulfilment Centre Operations at Amazon. Leads a team of warehouse associates to ensure safety, quality, customer experience and productivity while meeting shift targets. Manages labor balancing, safety programs, and process improvement initiatives in Tiruvallur, on-site schedule with weekend and overnight shifts as needed.

What you’ll do

• Review work forecasts and set productivity targets
• Partner with other Area Managers to balance labor and meet goals
• Support safety programs and OSHA compliance
• Identify and lead process improvement and Lean initiatives
• Supervise and train warehouse associates

What you’ll bring

• 2+ years employee and performance management experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, holidays
