Partners with business champions, hyperscalers, and ecosystem partners to accelerate AI adoption and deliver insights that enhance decision-making. Requires 12+ years leadership in data/analytics/AI, advanced CS/engineering degree, deep expertise in modern AI/ML, generative AI, cloud data architecture, and program management. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and ethical AI understanding essential.
What you’ll do
- Define and execute AI technology vision, strategy, roadmap
- Advise on AI trends, emerging tech, market dynamics
- Evaluate AI tools, models, vendors for fit, scalability, ROI
- Champion ethical AI, ensure integrity
- Define architectural principles, operating standards for scalable, secure, ethical AI deployment
- Lead design, implementation of cloud/on-prem architectures for AI solutions
- Implement model lifecycle management practices
- Collaborate with Infosec, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Privacy for governance
- Provide insights on AI/ML technologies, data architecture, cloud ecosystems
- Guide teams in deploying AI models at scale, including generative AI and LLMs
- Translate business to technical requirements for R&D
- Develop AI sandbox for experimentation
- Partner with AI strategy office to prioritize, execute, scale AI initiatives
- Translate goals into actionable programs across generative AI, automation, analytics
- Establish KPIs, reporting for adoption, value, risk
- Build and lead multidisciplinary AI team
- Launch firmwide AI fluency programs, internal communities
- Embed AI literacy across organization
- Represent Kroll as thought leader in AI ethics, governance, innovation
- Cultivate strategic alliances with hyperscalers, AI labs, ecosystem partners
