Senior Lead System Engineer

About the role

Enterprise Infrastructure team at Infinite Computer Solutions builds and maintains the core Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and related Windows services for a global financial institution. The Senior Lead System Engineer designs, implements and secures AD forests, GPOs, PKI and KMS while automating tasks with PowerShell and leading a high‑performing engineering group. Bengaluru, India, onsite, full‑time, with mentorship and transformation responsibilities across migration and compliance initiatives.

What you’ll do

• Manage and maintain AD domain controllers, forests, trusts and replication
• Administer DNS and DHCP services for high availability
• Design, implement and enforce GPO security standards
• Deploy and operate PKI and Microsoft Certificate Services
• Support DFS namespaces and Microsoft KMS licensing
• Perform root cause analysis and advanced troubleshooting
• Automate operational workflows via PowerShell
• Collaborate on migrations, upgrades and enterprise transformation projects

What you’ll bring

• 10-15 years enterprise AD and Windows infrastructure experience
• Advanced PowerShell scripting
• Design and migration of AD forests and GPOs
• PKI and certificate lifecycle management
• DNS/DHCP configuration and troubleshooting
• Leadership and mentorship of engineering teams
• Stakeholder communication and ITIL process knowledge
