About the role

What you’ll do
- Lead systems engineering activities for traffic surveillance programs
- Develop system requirements and verification artifacts
- Define and execute integration and validation strategies
- Mentor junior engineers and drive technical decisions
- Collaborate with software, hardware, and certification teams
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related STEM field
- 6-9 years avionics systems engineering experience
- 5+ years ARP4754A/B development
- Experience with Jama or DOORS for requirements
- Knowledge of ARINC 429, AFDX, Ethernet protocols
- Agile experience with JIRA and Confluence
- Python scripting for engineering tasks
