About the role

Owned In-House Agency Team at LinkedIn supports the Owned Media group, driving email campaign strategy and execution. The Email QA and Production Specialist builds, configures, and deploys email workflows in Adobe Campaign, conducts comprehensive quality assurance, and collaborates with campaign managers to ensure high‑quality, on‑time deliveries. Hybrid work from Bangalore, Mumbai, or Gurgaon with on‑site days as needed.

What you’ll do

• Build, configure, and deploy email campaigns and automated workflows in Adobe Campaign
• Translate campaign briefs into functional workflows with segmentation and personalization
• Execute functional and content QA, including rendering checks across devices
• Identify root causes of errors and recommend preventative measures
• Collaborate with campaign managers to clarify requirements and ensure readiness

What you’ll bring

• 4+ years email marketing operations and development
• Adobe Campaign expertise
• HTML/CSS for email
• Quality Assurance experience
• BA/BS degree or equivalent
