About the role

Facilities Infra and Security team at Infosys Ltd. oversees the Smart campus security operations from a state‑of‑the‑art command center. The role monitors perimeter, building and critical system security via CCTV, access control and PA systems, conducts analytics to improve operations, and develops policies and procedures. Based in Mysore, on‑site work required.

What you’ll do

• Review and monitor campus security operations from the command center
• Analyze security data to identify and implement improvements
• Develop and implement security policies and procedures
• Support integrated security and surveillance projects
• Provide input on security system maintenance contracts
• Manage and lead the Security Command Center team

What you’ll bring

• 6+ years security operations experience
• Proficiency with CCTV, access control and PA systems
• Experience developing security policies and procedures
• Ability to perform data analytics for operational improvement
