Institutional Support Analyst

About the role

Institutional Performance team at QS empowers universities with accurate data and insights to enhance their global rankings. The Institutional Support Analyst guides partners through complex data submissions, validates information, and provides strategic advice to maximize the value of QS evaluations. Based in Bengaluru with a hybrid model (2 days onsite per week), the role collaborates across product, data, and research teams to improve processes and client experience.

What you’ll do

• Support and guide a portfolio of institutional partners across QS rankings and evaluations
• Own end‑to‑end onboarding and engagement journeys for institutions
• Validate, review, and interrogate complex data submissions
• Conduct research to triangulate and supplement data
• Share feedback and insights with product, data, and research teams
• Develop client‑facing resources such as webinars and documentation
• Build trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Continuously improve internal processes for efficiency

What you’ll bring

• 2+ years stakeholder management
• experience with structured data validation
• strong written and verbal communication in English
• ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in high‑volume environment
• collaborative experience across functions
• interest in higher education and data‑driven decision making
