About the role
AB, a global investment management firm, seeks an Institutional Client Reporting Analyst to service institutional clients by preparing and delivering monthly and quarterly reporting packages. The role involves reconciling data between accounting and reporting platforms, maintaining data integrity for fixed income portfolio analytics, and supporting internal functions like portfolio management. This full-time position is based in Pune, India, with an on-site work model.
What you’ll do
- Prepare and review custom reports on monthly, quarterly, or ad-hoc basis
- Reconcile data between internal accounting and reporting systems
- Perform data analysis and quality control for department enhancements
- Respond to ad-hoc requests and resolve advisor inquiries
- Update process documents and contribute to client reporting projects
What you’ll bring
- 4-year undergraduate degree preferably in business-related discipline
- 2 years of work experience in financial analysis
- Knowledge of multiple asset classes and portfolio usage
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically MS Excel
Nice to have
- Experience in a professional corporate setting
- Previous role or internship in financial services
