About the role
NCR Voyix Payroll team ensures accurate and timely payroll operations for the EMEA region, supporting retailers and restaurants worldwide. The Payroll Specialist II processes complex payrolls, resolves employee issues, and handles regulatory tax and wage reporting across multiple countries. Based in Chennai, India, this role works on-site at the company’s office.
What you’ll do
- Process payroll for assigned EMEA countries accurately and on time
- Resolve employee payroll issues within SLAs
- Complete regulatory payroll tax, labor, and wage reporting
- Create and reconcile payroll ledger accounts
- Assist with internal and external payroll audits
- Support year‑end payroll activities
- Maintain payroll input data and ensure policy compliance
- Collaborate with regional payroll leader on operational reporting
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent
- 3+ years accounting/payroll reconciliation experience
- Knowledge of payroll concepts for supported countries
- Fluent in Polish, French, and English
- Audit experience preferred (IGAAP, SOX, payroll tax)
