Senior Analyst, HR Operations

About the role

The Senior Analyst supports the Global Business Operations team in Bangalore by ensuring data accuracy for Diageo's Annual Reward Cycle. You will manage process corrections, maintain trackers, and partner with HR teams to resolve data quality issues. This full-time role operates on-site in India.

What you’ll do

• Ensure accurate data and support the Annual Reward Cycle execution
• Eradicate poor data quality issues through effective solutions
• Manage process corrections and maintain global correction trackers
• Partner with First Point teams and HR Business Partners
• Review mass upload data and engage with Tech CoE
• Design and implement new correction templates and processes
• Run manual correction processes and report statuses
• Ensure compliance with Controls, Risk Management, and GDPR

What you’ll bring

• 2-3 years experience in Rewards or Payroll Operations
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and data manipulation
• Experience with data and process mapping
• Methodical, logical, and organized work approach
• High level of attention to detail
