About the role

Senior Analyst I, HR supports the HR team in Indore by managing core HR functions for a defined employee group. The role involves answering employee queries on benefits, leave, and payroll, and troubleshooting issues. The analyst conducts new hire orientations, ensures all documentation is complete, and maintains personnel files. Exit interviews are performed, documented, and shared with relevant stakeholders. The position also creates, updates, and maintains HR reports, dashboards, and SharePoint content, providing insights to leadership. Collaboration with the HR team and manager is essential for planning and tracking company-wide events. The analyst offers policy guidance, assists with statutory compliance such as PF and ESIC, and participates in cross‑functional teams. Flexibility to work various shifts and strong communication, problem‑solving, and judgment skills are required. This role is on‑site in Indore, India, and requires a master’s degree in HR or related field with at least four years of experience.
