About the role

Client Automation Team at Hewlett Packard Enterprise builds and validates the Atmos Agent client across desktop and mobile platforms. The SDET designs and executes functional, regression, and integration test scenarios, develops automation libraries using Python and frameworks like Playwright, Selenium, and Appium, and troubleshoots client, OS, and network issues. Bengaluru, India, on-site work model, with collaboration across development, support, and product teams.

What you’ll do

Design, document, and execute functional and regression test scenarios
Develop common automation libraries within the framework
Create automated test cases for new and existing client features
Execute automation runs and triage failures
Validate secure access, authentication, and policy enforcement workflows
Debug client, OS, network, and configuration issues
Maintain and enhance automation coverage
Collaborate with development, support, and product teams

What you’ll bring

BE or Master in Computer Science or related field

Nice to have

3-5 years relevant industry experience
Strong hands‑on QA for client applications on Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, iOS
Python programming
Automation frameworks: Playwright, Selenium, Appium
Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, TLS)
Experience with authentication/access flows (SSO, SAML, OIDC, MFA)
