About the role

EDC Retail at Paytm builds data‑driven tools to help merchants grow and manage their businesses. The Team Lead will drive QR and Soundbox distribution, recruit and coach a sales team, and oversee market expansion across Trivandrum, ensuring high visibility and quality of deployments. Trivandrum, Kerala, on-site role with extensive travel within the assigned area.

What you’ll do

• Increase QR & Soundbox sales through channel development
• Identify and recruit sales personnel
• Coach and mentor team members
• Plan market coverage and set targets
• Communicate plans to minimize delivery gaps
• Monitor quality parameters and conduct audits
• Ensure team presence in active sales zones
• Travel extensively across assigned region
