About the role

Engineering – Plant 3D Modeling Team builds detailed 3D plant layouts for oil & gas projects using Autodesk Plant 3D. The modeller creates equipment, piping, cable trays and smart P&IDs, ensures clash detection in Navisworks, and generates 2D drawings and BOMs per Jord standards. Based in Vadodara, India, on-site work model.

What you’ll do

• Generate design models in Autodesk Plant 3D
• Draft smart P&IDs and ensure linkage to 3D models
• Arrange plant layout for equipment, piping, and cable trays
• Perform clash checks using Navisworks
• Extract GA drawings, orthographic and isometric views with BOMs
• Develop and maintain company standards for plant layout
• Collaborate with piping team leader and mechanical engineers
• Communicate proactively with project and design teams

What you’ll bring

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering
• 2-5 years experience in Autodesk Plant 3D for plant modeling
• Minimum 2 years 3D piping software experience
• In-depth plant, piping & equipment arrangement experience
• Proficiency in 2D/3D drafting and Inventor basics
• Knowledge of ASME B31.3/B31.1 codes
• Understanding of pipe and cable tray supports
• Strong English communication skills
