About the role
BI Analytics and Reporting team at Coherent builds business intelligence solutions to enable data‑driven decision‑making. The role designs and develops interactive Power BI/Fabric dashboards, SSRS reports, and SSIS ETL pipelines, optimizes complex T‑SQL queries, and ensures data model performance. What you’ll do
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI/Fabric dashboards, reports, and KPIs
- Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot complex T‑SQL queries and stored procedures
- Create and manage SSIS ETL packages for data integration
- Design data models to improve report performance
- Monitor and optimize performance of reports and dashboards
- Support production issues and provide timely resolutions
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes
- Collaborate with cross‑functional global teams
What you’ll bring
- 3-5 years Microsoft SQL Server, Power BI/Fabric, SSIS, SSRS experience
- Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and data visualization
- Design and optimize data models and complex T‑SQL queries
- Develop and maintain ETL packages in SSIS
- Collaborate with business users to gather reporting requirements
