Manager - Cloud Security

About the role

SBI Card seeks a Manager - Cloud Security in Gurugram, India, to manage cloud security posture and CASB solutions. The role involves continuous risk assessments, implementing secure configurations aligned with global standards, and collaborating with engineering teams to detect and remediate vulnerabilities. This is an on-site position focused on maintaining operational effectiveness and supporting audit compliance.

What you’ll do

• Own the cloud security posture management program (CSPM) and ensure alignment with global standards
• Uplift detection policies on CSPM and draft technical standards for vulnerability remediation
• Collaborate with infra/product engineering teams to define baseline security configurations
• Develop and monitor cloud performance metrics (KCI, KPI, KRI)
• Apply native cloud provider security services including network controls and encryption
• Support audit and compliance activities by providing evidence of infrastructure controls
• Work with cloud vendors and external researchers to resolve security gaps
• Deliver training and security awareness activities to the Engineering team

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Security
• 5-8 years overall experience with 3-6 years in relevant domain
• Hands-on experience with public cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Practical understanding of AWS/Azure services including EC2, VPC, Route53
• Experience with Cloud Security solutions such as CASB
• Knowledge of IT/Cybersecurity frameworks like NIST, CIS, ISO 27001

Nice to have

• Industry-standard certifications such as CISSP, Azure Security, or ISO27001 LA
• Endpoint/Host Security Certification on related technology
