About the role

Cloud Business Office at Capgemini drives cloud adoption and cost‑efficient service delivery across the enterprise. The Cloud Business Manager oversees onboarding, governance, spend management and vendor relationships while leading compliance, audit and disaster‑recovery initiatives. Based in Pune/Hyderabad with a hybrid work model, the role also defines learning paths and enables teams to transition to cloud services.

What you’ll do

• Manage Cloud Business Office onboarding, governance, cost allocation and spend management
• Maintain vendor relationships for cloud, software, and hardware services
• Collaborate with Procurement, IT Finance, and IT Business Management on cloud service value
• Coordinate compliance, audit, and disaster recovery planning and testing
• Oversee configuration management database accuracy
• Define and operationalize cloud role‑based learning paths and team enablement
• Support business continuity assessments and tabletop exercises
• Identify cost saving opportunities and ensure budget alignment

What you’ll bring

• 5 years of related experience
• 3+ years IT experience with infrastructure, operations, audit or compliance focus
• General understanding of Cybersecurity Frameworks
• Familiarity with Disaster Recovery concepts
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Experience working with Data governance
