About the role

Data & Analytics Engineering at PwC drives the design and delivery of robust data solutions that turn raw information into actionable insights for clients. The Senior Manager leads the PMO, establishing governance frameworks, overseeing portfolio planning, and ensuring strategic programs are delivered on time and within budget while mentoring project managers. Based in Gurugram, on‑site, the role collaborates with cross‑functional teams across technology and business units.

What you’ll do

• Lead and manage PMO function for strategic programs
• Establish and maintain project governance frameworks and standards
• Oversee portfolio planning, prioritization, resource allocation and delivery tracking
• Monitor performance via KPIs, dashboards and executive reporting
• Drive risk, issue, dependency and change management
• Collaborate with business leaders and technology teams to ensure timely delivery
• Facilitate steering committee meetings and status reporting for senior leadership
• Identify process improvement opportunities and mentor project managers

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification
• PMP or PRINCE2 or Agile/Scrum certification
