What you’ll do

• Achieve branch targets and profitability
• Maintain customer relationships and drive cross‑sell initiatives
• Conduct field visits for marketing and collection activities
• Ensure operational adherence to policies and procedures
• Monitor and recover receivables to protect revenue flow
• Maintain branch books, documents, and statutory records
• Coordinate with statutory authorities and external agencies for compliance
• Train and develop branch staff

Nice to have

• 3-5 years experience in banking or financial services
• Proficiency in local language and English
