About the role

Weekday AI Delivery Center is responsible for end‑to‑end delivery across technology, creative, digital marketing, eCommerce, finance, HR and administration. The Head of India Operations leads and scales the India Delivery Center, builds high‑performing leadership teams, drives operational excellence, establishes governance frameworks and partners with global leadership on strategy and execution. Mumbai, India, on‑site work model.

What you’ll do

• Lead and scale the India Delivery Center ensuring operational excellence across all business functions
• Oversee end‑to‑end delivery across technology, creative services, digital marketing, eCommerce, finance, HR and administration
• Translate strategic priorities into clear execution plans, measurable goals and operational outcomes
• Drive hiring strategy, workforce planning and organizational development to support growth
• Establish and optimize operating procedures, KPIs, dashboards and governance frameworks
• Manage operational budgets, identify process optimization opportunities and ensure cost‑effective scaling
• Partner with executive leadership providing insights, risk assessments and strategic recommendations
• Champion employee engagement, leadership development and performance management

What you’ll bring

• 10+ years experience in operations, delivery management or general management
• Proven success leading and scaling cross‑functional teams in digital, SaaS or eCommerce environments
• Strong expertise in operational excellence and process optimization
• Experience managing technology, creative, marketing, finance, HR and admin functions
• Demonstrated ability to build high‑performing teams through hiring, coaching and performance management
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Management or related field; MBA preferred
