About the role
Risk & Reporting (R&R) team at Oaktree delivers technology-enabled performance analytics and investor reporting for diverse investment strategies. The Senior Associate manages coverage of the reporting platform, sets quality standards, oversees automation in SQL, Python and Power BI, and leads a high‑performing Hyderabad team. Hyderabad, on‑site role with occasional hybrid collaboration.
What you’ll do
- Manage quality standards for strategy and investment performance tracking
- Review and approve investment‑level performance outputs and reporting workflows
- Oversee automation priorities across SQL, Python, Power BI and Microsoft Fabric
- Set standards for data‑quality controls and semantic‑model reporting assets
- Lead team capacity, development, and stakeholder partnerships
What you’ll bring
- 10+ years in asset management or financial services
- Deep knowledge of performance metrics (TWR, MWR, IRR, MOIC, TVPI, DPI, RVPI)
- Strong SQL, Python, Power BI expertise
- People‑management experience building high‑performing teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication
