About the role
Weekday AI – Client Services team drives organic growth for a portfolio of clients through data‑driven SEO strategies. The Assistant Manager defines and executes SEO roadmaps, leads a high‑performing SEO team, and collaborates with content, performance, and tech groups to deliver measurable results. Based in Pune, India, on‑site work model with hybrid flexibility.
What you’ll do
- Define and drive overall SEO strategy and roadmap for clients
- Lead planning and execution of scalable SEO initiatives across a diverse portfolio
- Oversee keyword research, content strategy, and technical SEO audits
- Monitor and optimize key SEO metrics such as CTR, rankings, and conversions
- Present performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients and leadership
- Manage and develop a high‑performing SEO team, fostering accountability and growth
- Stay current with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years progressive SEO experience
- 1+ years managing SEO team
- Proven track record of large client account ownership
- Deep understanding of SEO research and data analysis
- Experience with technical SEO audits and implementation
