Technical Program Manager, Product and Platform Management

What you’ll do

• Drive and own delivery of complex, high-impact programs from technical scoping to global launch
• Apply deep technical understanding to identify and resolve system-level blockers, especially in Generative AI architecture and data pipelines
• Influence and align cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, UX) on program goals and technical approaches
• Contribute to product and program strategy by defining clear project goals and ensuring alignment with gUP objectives
• Design and implement scalable frameworks, best practices, and data-driven OKRs to improve program execution

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
• 5 years experience in program management
• Experience leading technical discussions and plans
• 8 years experience in technical program management with emerging technologies (preferred)
• 5 years experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects (preferred)
• Ability to own and deliver complex cross-functional technical programs end-to-end
• Excellent ability to influence without authority and drive consensus across engineering, product, and UX
• Skilled in navigating ambiguity, identifying and mitigating risks, and managing dependencies
